💡 About Label Camps
Label Camps are part of IMPALA’s capacity-building programme for Europe’s independent music sector co-funded by the European Union. They offer participants the chance to:

🔹 Exchange practical knowledge through peer-learning
🔹 Explore different label models and day-to-day practices, including informal insights from job shadowing to how labels structure their work.

🔹 Build cross-border connections and strengthen the wider ecosystem
🔹 Encourage innovation, sustainability and long-term resilience

We’re excited to see the Swedish and Finnish independent communities come together in Helsinki to share experiences, spark new ideas, and continue building strong cross-border collaboration.
